Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please then allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items, and items purchased using a discount code can be exchanged or refunded in the form of store credit. If multiple sizes have been ordered these will be refunded as normal to your original payment method.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at with the return details, and include all details in your return package.

Returns should be sent using a tracked and guaranteed delivery service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
